I am a Senior Manager for the Innovation and Digital Health Accelerator at Boston Children’s Hospital (United States) where I oversee the portfolio of digital health tools for public health response and research under the Computational Epidemiology Lab. I am passionate about solving public health challenges with data and technology driven products. During my career at Boston Children’s Hospital, I have had the unique opportunity of participating in digital disease detection analyzing outputs from machine learning and NLP driven products, managing digital tools in infectious disease surveillance including data, technology, and research goals for the platform. Today, I serve as the lead manager overseeing the operations, finance, grant administration and project management for the suite of public health driven digital tools of the Computational Epidemiology Lab, including HealthMap, Vaccines.gov, Outbreaks Near Me and Global.health. I have continued interest in infectious disease epidemiology, novel surveillance models and utilizing innovative disease surveillance systems for early detection of emerging threats.
