Ruth Jerop Limo

Executive Director
AYARHEP

Kenya
My name is Jerop Limo, the Executive Director of Ambassador for Youth and Adolescent Reproductive Health Program (AYARHEP). I have been active in the SRHR/HIV space for almost seven years now engaging in different issues and conversations involving adolescents and young people at community level, country level, regional level as well as global level, being outspoken and informed has created opportunities for me to sit in different boards to echo the voices of young people and amplify their needs and push for youth led and youth focused solutions at different spaces I get to sit, speak, work or invited to. I am a board member at National Network of People Living with HIV in Kenya (NEPHAK), where I represent the voices of young people living with HIV, I also sit at the board of the National Network of Young People Living with HIV in Kenya and as well as the board of the National Network of TB champions in Kenya as well as the Young Women HIV Prevention Council hosted by AVAC where I sit as a council member just to say the least. I fully believe that if young people and young women are strategically positioned, they are definitely capable of designing, leading, guiding, informing, implementing the journey or road map to achieving the desired change.
