Daniel Messer has over 25 years of experience leading technical innovations and implementing digital health systems. Prior to joining FHI 360, Messer was vice president and chief information officer at Population Services International (PSI), where he led digital and IT transformation. Earlier in his career, Messer directed information systems for the International Planned Parenthood Federation (IPPF) and was an early adopter of the Principles for Digital development. He co-founded and chaired the NonProfit Organizations Knowledge Initiative (NPOKI), helping international nongovernmental organizations (NGOs) achieve greater, more measurable impact with Digital Solutions, EMR systems, knowledge tools and strategies.
