Ms. Yhuko Ogata founded businesses in 2002 and 2015. Currently, she is developing a perinatal e-health platform to enhance maternal and fetal safety. Assessing business impact has driven her professional and personal growth. With experience in internet and medical ICT, Ms. Ogata saw the need to make technology more accessible, especially in resource-limited regions. Each year, 140 million mothers give birth, yet 2 million babies die, many due to inadequate care. To address this, she focus on expanding her platform, Melody i, and fetal monitor, iCTG, to these areas. This effort not only tackles urgent issues but also supports demographic challenges, such as Japan’s depopulation, ensuring sustainable progress.
